Research

The goal of the Yeast Integrative Biology project is to generate unique functional genomic and proteomic datasets to assign gene and protein function, and to discover biological networks and pathways, using budding yeast as a model system. This goal will be accomplished by applying a strategy combining structural studies, analysis of enzymatic activities and protein complexes and systematic genetics to discover cellular networks and pathways.
